T.J. Maxx to Join Retail Stores at the Castro Village Shopping Center

Ross Dress for Less, Castro Village Bowl and Walgreens will soon be joined by T.J. Maxx.

The Castro Village Shopping Center will be welcoming a new retail store (hopefully) next spring.

Construction for discount retailer, T.J. Maxx, has already started. According to a San Francisco Business Times article, the mall’s owner Randy Nahas says the project is costing “well over” $1 million to build the 25,000 square-foot store.

This project will add 50 more parking spaces to the shopping center.

By adding T.J. Maxx, local clients will have more of a reason to stay in town to shop with a good variety of stores.

T.J. Maxx will have an official groundbreaking ceremony on Friday.
