The women's clothing chain has closed its San Leandro store. Now it has "Everything Must Go" signs on the windows of its flagship store on 18000 Hesperian Boulevard.

 

Pretty in Pink, which sells clothing for young, thin women, has "everything must go" signs out on the windows of its flagship store at 18000 Hesperian Boulevard.

Only a year ago the San Lorenzo based chain was slated to open a second store in downtown San Leandro's Pelton Center.

But that never happened and toward the end of 2012 the chain started closing down its store in San Leandro's Westgate Center.

Now it has closeout signs on its San Lorenzo shop.

Pretty in Pink has targeted the same demographic as Forever 21 -- young women shopping for short skirts, diaphanous dresses and slacks with a painted-on look.
