Prius Recall Latest Toyota Quality Flaw

The carmaker once fabled for reliability is recalling one of its flagship vehicles.

Toyota is recalling 670,000 Prius hybrids in the United States for possibly faulty water pumps and steering system issues, according to a report on Autoblog.

Once a brand synonymous with reliability, Toyota has been plagued with recalls in recent years. Just before this Prius embarrassment, it had to recall 2.5 million U.S. cars with window switches that might cause fires.
