Niners Lose Super Bowl, Win Castro Valley Burger War

By a four to one margin, locals voted with their stomachs for the Jim Bo, a burger devoted to the Niners' coach, over the Johnny Boy named for the Ravens' coach.

 

Before the Super Bowl Patch posted a video about two calorie-laden food selections dedicated to each of the brothers Harbaugh: the Jim Bo named for the Niners' coach and the Johnny Boy named for his victorious brother.

If only the game had followed the preferences of Castro Valley residents who ordered these specials from Boulevard Burgers.

Store co-owner Roseann Galvan, who kept track of sales, said the Jim Bo outsold the Johnny Boy by a better than four to one margin: 102 to 23.

"Obviously that was not reflective of the game," she quipped Monday.
