Primary Focus: Manage the Baywood Court Retirement food service facility
Description: Responsible for all front-of-the house operations, training, resident satisfaction, service and Sodexo programs. The community has three levels of care: assisted living, independent living and skilled nursing. This position will assist with service needs in all levels and have oversight of the servers in all levels.

Specific Position summary: Responsible for managing multi-functional food service areas in a single unit. May assume GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/HR functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Qualifications:
- Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Management Experience - 1 year
- Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
