I get a sandwich almost every day on my dinner break and I have tried them all. Togo's is the absolute worst. Dollar for dollar you just can't beat the fresh bread selection and fresh ingredients at Subway. Six inch regular sub with all the fixin's, bag of chips and a 21oz. beverage for under $5.70, including tax. Soup available, tables to sit at, bathroom, clean and well lit, fast and friendly service. It might not be gourmet, but it's a hell of a good sandwich at a good price. In these ecomonic times, that's where I go to eat on a regular basis. I go to the others for a change of pace though and they are good.

Try Terrace Market in San Leandro on Foothill Blvd. San Leandro Ca. Bob is very friendly, and you actually get a whole lot of meat on your sandwich. Subway is good, but you don't get the amount of meat on your sandwiches like you do at Terrace Markets. Also, you can't beat the price, right around $5 Go give them a try, you won't be disappointed. They are located around the block from Neighborhood Church, John Dr. turns into Foothill.

No Quizno's? My boys swear by that place. Second choice is Subway, as they are now old enough to each a footlong in one sitting. Papa can't do that anymore...
