Assemblyman Bill Quirk has named Swiss Delices as the 20th Assembly District's Business of the Year.
Here's the release from Quirk's office:
"Swiss Delices owner Christine Clement is a longtime community activist who employs and trains at-risk youth through a partnership with Soulciety.org and developmentally-disabled adults from Castro Valley Adult Schools."
