The Oakland Symphony Chorus celebrates the 20th Anniversary Edition of our annual Summer Sing-Ins starting Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at St. Paschal's Church at 3700 Dorisa Avenue, near the Oakland Zoo.
Come sing-along to Requiem Masses by a collection of your favorite composers: Verdi, Faure', Brahms and Mozart. Experience the grandeur of Bach's B Minor Mass and choruses from his St. Matthew Passion. Also in this year's line-up is Haydn's Creation Mass.
The series continues on July 17 with the Faure' Requiem and choruses from Bach's St. Matthew Passion, conducted by Michael Morgan, music director of the Oakland East Bay Symphony.
