Castro Valley Library Book Sale

There will be a tremendous Book Sale in the Castro Valley Library December 2nd through December 4th.  This sale is being sponsored and managed by the Friends of the Castro Valley Library, and all proceeds from this sale are used to purchase programs, materials, and services for the Library.

This is the last FCVL Book Sale for 2011.  Many books of all genres, types and sizes, and for all ages, will be available just in time for the gift-giving season.  In this vast collection of printed materials, there will also be various formats of recorded music and videos for sale.

This final FCVL Book Sale of the year will be held Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, December 2-4.  Friday night the 2nd will be a "Members Only" sale from 6:00PM-8:00PM.  FCVL memberships can be purchased starting at 5:30PM that Friday in the Library, and all members can then participate in the "Members Only" sale when the doors fully open at 6:00PM.  For the general public, book sale hours will be Saturday 10:00AM-4:00PM, and Sunday 1:00PM-4:00PM.  That Sunday will be "Bag Day", and all books will sell for $3.00 per bag all afternoon.  FCVL will furnish all bags for the Sunday bag sale.
