Laughing and smiling are very good for your health. We probably need to do more of that.
A while back, I asked readers to send me “silly” pictures of their horses. Everyone has lots of glamour shots where their animals look gorgeous, but the silly ones are priceless.
Nowadays, it’s pretty hard to pick up a newspaper or turn on the radio without getting a little depressed. News often seems to be overwhelmingly bad and frustrating—especially when there is often little that we can do about most situations.
So how about taking a little break from the gloom and doom and spending a little time relaxing and enjoying the silly side of life?
Pour yourself a big cup of coffee, tea, a soda or whatever, and enjoy some whimsical pictures of local horses. I had a lot of fun making up captions, and I invite you to do the same. Just send them in under the comments and be sure that we know which horse they apply to. Have fun!
