Dear Postmaster,

Find out what's happening in Castro Valleywith free, real-time updates from Patch.

I would like to point out the dangerous and beat up snorkels on the drive through mail boxes at the Castro Valley Post Office.  They are all rusty and the center box has been broken and bent for several years.  The edges could easily snag someone’s sleeve and I think it’s time to fix them.

Castro Valley is doing a major restoration on Castro Valley Blvd and the Castro Village Shopping Center is also undergoing a major makeover.  Santa Maria Ave is newly paved removing all the pot holes.

I think the Post Office should also help beautify Castro Valley.
