Now check out the median price of $456,400 (check out the graph for the price trend but be prepared for a stomach-dropping plunge.)
Now take a gander at Pleasanton's school ratings, according to Zillow's calculations.
And, no surprise, Pleasanton enjoys a median home price of $676,900 (see the trend here). Not in particular how much more steeply prices have climbed back.
