**Fall Social Skills Groups in Castro Valley and Berkeley/Oakland now enrolling!**

Us and We is a social skills playgroup focusing on building teamwork.These groups are designed to help children understand being part of a group, gain friendship skills, understand emotions of others and self, fundamental play and social skills needed as they grow, mature, and navigate the world.

Children will participate in semi-structured adult led activities as well as more open ended child directed play that is scaffolded by adults. The older children will also practice elementary school playground games and activities.

The groups will consist of 4-6 children and two highly experienced adult facilitators. They will meet weekly for an hour and run 10 weeks.
