FOUND in Castro Valley - Black/White Female Lab Mix

This morning I found a medium sized black dog running around Yeandle Avenue. I called her over and she came to me with her tail wagging. As soon as I opened my car door, she hopped in and made herself at home in the front seat.
Since Castro Valley does not have an animal shelter, I took her to the Boulevard Pet Hospital on Castro Valley Boulevard. They were very happy to see her! They said several people had reported the same dog running in front of the freeway entrance. They tried to catch her but she kept running away.
She is SUPER sweet! The vet tech said she walks really well on a leash. She seems a little afraid of other dogs. No collars, or a microchip (they checked) but they did verify that she was spayed.
She looks like a hound or lab mix. She is black with a little white on her face and a white chest.
Please help us find her family. If you know anyone who is missing a black dog please contact me or call the Boulevard Pet Hospital directly at 510.538.1302.
I have to give a shout-out to the amazing staff at Boulevard Pet Hospital for taking her in! They were so helpful and you can tell they really cared about her. They're going to try to keep her there for a little bit. Hope her family comes to get her soon!
