Share your American culture with a European high school student from Spain, France, Austria or Germany while learning about the life and culture of their home country!
Edu-Culture International (ECI) is bringing high school students from various European countries on an English Language Immersion program to the Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, and Castro Valley areas.
The students will be here for three weeks in either July or August, and while here, they will be staying with host families to practice their English and immerse themselves into our culture.
We are currently looking for families in the areas to accommodate one of our students, boys and girls, ages 13-18.
Program Details: The students all speak English and bring their own spending money. Working parents are fine — students participate in planned group activities during the weekdays.
Host family children can join our group activities and explore the Bay Area with the students and chaperons. It's a great way for your children to learn about another culture and to make European friends and life connections.
Host families provide a shared or private room, meals, and transportation to and from the weekday activities in Pleasanton. (Usually Dublin/Pleasanton BART)
