Castro Valley Synergy Win Championship
The Castro Valley Synergy 12B fastpitch softball team went 5-0 to become the 2012 Benicia Fastpitch Girls Softball Tournament Champions on June 16-17 at
Benicia Community Park.
Castro Valley Synergy 12B team went 3-0 on Saturday and 2-0 on Sunday.
They beat the Benicia Outlaws 12-2 in the championship game on Sunday. The team scored 54 runs and only allowed 3 runs the whole weekend.
Pitchers Krystyna Allman, Tianna Jacques and Aisley Njissang combined together for 34 strikeouts followed by strong defensive plays.
