Castro Valley's Dale Harder opened his home for the 'feats of strength" portion of the 2011 Bay Area Senior Games. While most of the competitors were seniors, there was no age discrimination. There were events for other athletic enthusiasts as well.

Events included the standing long jump and a grip strength test. There was also a record-breaking farmers walk. The games drew competitors from as far away as Las Vegas. Check out the photos to see some of the action.
